Living room with futon sofa (suitable for child or smaller guest - additional linens for the futon couch available upon request) and Smart TV. Kitchen with all appliances, basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Dining room with table and 2 chairs. Private washer/dryer. Balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Private garage with room for one small to mid size vehicle. Additional free parking available on the premises.

1. If you have 3 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request.
2. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
3. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m and it's closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

Summary: Check in was fast and easy. Apartment is simple but quite comfortable. Owner is very attentive and quickly responds to messages. The apartment is close to shopping, restaurants and a short distance to North Beach. When back in the area, if available, we will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This apartment was not exactly what we expected. First of all, the bathroom could have been cleaner. After long travel my wife decided to relieve herself and discovered the toilet seat wasn’t clean. She quickly pulled out wipes and cleaned the seat herself. The apartment temperature was a little warm so I walked to the thermostat to attempt to adjust. I could not because of a little sign above the stat specifically stating that moving the temp down would freeze the lines and “break the unit” and I would get fined. I was a little annoyed, but thought I’d at least turn on the ceiling fan to move some air. The living room ceiling fan high and mid speed settings didn’t work and was stuck on low. We also noticed that there were only two bathing towels available. I decided to call their customer service support number provided. I requested a couple more towels to bath and to possibly have the ceiling fan looked at. The lady on the phone told me that they only provide one bathing towel per person per stay and the ceiling fan only had one speed. I knew that wasn’t true because the bedroom had the exact same fan which worked perfectly. This was very annoying. I ended up purchasing a couple cheap towels from Walmart to accommodate my wife and her long hair (ladies with a lot of hair would understand at least two towels are needed for each shower). The apartment was also very outdated from the kitchen to the bathroom. Very old appliances and fixtures. The shower head is extremely low.

Summary: My parents and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Our first experience with this type of rental. The host was responsive to my questions prior to booking. They reached out during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues. The unit is very nice, clean, and quiet, and the area is quiet, but is very close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to book here again for future visits to Corpus Christi.
