Summary: This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to grocery stores, perfect for a week-long stay. The house was immaculate and well-stocked, the garden and patio were very inviting and the vibe was really relaxing. So “cozy and serene “ is an apt description. The house rules were reasonable and the host responsive and courteous. We would stay there again.

Summary: We have rented three other homes in the Prescott area and this was definitely one of our favorites. Spacious, welcoming and relaxing. Very nice neighborhood and just a quick drive downtown. You'll love the back patio and yard. Plenty of room for the dogs and great to chill and grill. Beds were fantastic, kitchen was pretty well stocked and all of the furnishings appeared new. I would recommend that you read the contract carefully and note the occupancy restrictions. The owner was phenomenal to work with and extremely responsive!! One of the best experiences I have had.

Summary: You can get anywhere in P.V. or prescott very easily. Close to everything. Very quiet , nice neighborhood ! Great if you like to get out and walk too.

Summary: The home was beautiful and new. It was very clean and also had new furniture. The owner was very quick to respond and also accomodating. I would definitely recommend it. However, if you like softer mattresses this is not the place for you

Summary: Our families really enjoyed our stay here over the New Years weekend. Despite coming up short on a couple minor things in the kitchen (like a can and bottle opener), we really enjoyed the space both inside and out. There are ample bedroom and bathroom amenities for all of us (4 adults, 4 teens). The living room TV is massive and the internet was strong enough for streaming football and playing on devices. The neighborhood is also 10 minutes away from several grocery stores and restaurants.
