Great In-law suite close to downtown Eustis, FL in a great well maintained older house built in 1926. 1 bedroom and 1 bath with all the amenities. Has full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting area, pull out sofa bed, pool and private patio. Unit will sleep four very well but if an air mattress is brought, you can sleep 6. 2 in bedroom, 2 on pull out sofa and 2 on air mattress. Also included is free wi fi. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Parking is limited on this property. We like guests to park in the garage. DUE TO SIZE OF OUR PROPERTY AND DRIVEWAY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE AND OVERSIZDED VECHILES. They are welcome but will have to park in front of property along street in front of our wall on grass area near sidewalk and only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on the property per reservation. Guests of guests parking vehicles or guests bringing more than one vehicle will have to park across the street at United Methodist Church parking lot or adjacent side streets.

Summary: We used this unit over the Christmas holiday so that we could stay near relatives. Gary always answered any questions we had quickly and the kids loved the hot tub/pool. It had everything we needed as a home away from home for the week. Thank you!

Summary: The apartment and property were terrific! Great accommodations. The main neighborhood was nice, but the immediately surrounding houses/properties were not all as nice -- it didn't really present a problem at all during the stay, just an initial surprise.

Summary: Very nice and super clean apartment. Busy highway in front. Close to great restaurants and downtown. Good place to relax. The spa was very nice.Gary and Jamie were very friendly and would get us anything we needed. Located in mid state and could go either way in 2 hours. Wonderful vacation. Jim and Mary Jane Pernod. Summary: This rental included everything needed for either a few nights or a longer stay. We stayed through the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday through Sunday. The place was very clean. The bed is comfortable, the couch and chair were just okay. My son slept on the couch and said it was more comfortable than the couch bed. The garage is a plus as it makes it easy unloading when you get there and loading when leaving. It also makes you feel pretty safe with a closed gate at night. We even slept with the windows open and could go away and leave the windows open. Also, trusted the owners very much. We even took my son's dog and she had a wonderful time. She can sometimes be verbal when she is playing or wants treats. They understood which is a plus. We got to see the lighting in Eustis and the lighting in Mt. Dora. There is quite a bit to do around there and you don't have to go very far. There is also a pool - hot tub that looked really nice, but we didn't try it out. It was out the back door in a really nice screened in room. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would love to go back one day. Thank you
