Summary: We could have booked a place a little sooner, forgot it was around spring break time, but this was one of few available. It was in a decent location, but honestly, was not very clean. The walls/trim were very dirty, cobwebs, and the bedding was not the best. Doesn’t have to be an expensive change but a little love and care would go a long way.

Summary: I was able to tie up one panel that was laying on the ground then put lawn chairs in the hole between the companion duplex. Fortunately back fence still had about a 2' high section left exposed to an overgrown lot the my two little dog could not jump over. The place needs a LOT of work.

Summary: Nice place clean comfortable. great location. Was A bit upset when told propane for the grill was renters responsibility. Have never heard of that before. Owner relented after I complained and offered to reimburse us for the propane purchased. We had our meal cooked another way by the time that was offered.

Summary: Pros: Good location, convenient to shopping and dining. Also has easy access to beach areas. Size and amenities were adequate.Cons: Carpets were in need of cleaning. Old refrigerator and stove were left abandoned in the back yard beside patio. The backyard fence was damaged in a couple of places and not fully enclosed, which was an issue for us since we were travelling with a dog.
