Summary: My husband, small dog, and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely. Everything was clean, and the location (right on the water and walking distance to restaurants/shops) was perfect. There is a pull-out couch, but it probably would have been really tight with more than two people. And as a previous reviewer mentioned, there is no WiFi (not a big deal if you want to truly unplug though). Overall, however, we very much enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation!

Summary: All in all, a very pleasant experience as I was a first time user of this type of service. Very nice property and beautiful lake! All the locals are very friendly too. There is no WIFI as was stated, but I was ok with that since I needed the peace and quiet. Also no directions on tv use, but again I was ok with that...my boyfriend was not! I personally did not see the need for all the extra furniture in the bedroom (which is a bit run down if you're concerned with aesthetics) and we didn't know the refrigerator needed to be plugged in until the next day when we realized our food had to be discarded because it was warm. That should definitely be told to customers!

Summary: This cabin is clean and comfortable. It seems to match the description well. The area is quiet and close to downtown. Park you car and walk to all the happenings. Two of us found our stay comfortable, I think it would be tight with more people. There is no air conditioning, which is common and 99% of the time just fine, but we picked a hot week, so it was warm but there are fans and plenty of windows to help cool off. Nice access to Maple Lake; swim, boat and fish. It is on the chain, so you could make your way around. There is plenty of green space to spread out between the cabin and the lake; shade and sun.
