After a night out at the Hard Rock Casino or downtown on State Street, retreat to one of three cozy bedrooms with plush bedding.

WE LOVE OUR PETS!
Our home is pet *welcoming*! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.
For your (and your pet’s) convenience, we have left a dog leash is on the hook in the mudroom by the back door and pet waste bags are located in the far left kitchen drawer.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI
There is one Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
The home features a high speed fiber internet connection with 150+mbs download speeds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
This home features a fenced in backyard perfect for your dogs to play in and enjoy! The front porch also features four rocking chairs for you to enjoy!

A FEW THINGS TO CALLOUT ABOUT OUR HOME
• There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors.
• There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate.
• We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of – the floors will creak sometimes when you walk on them and original doors and door hardware can sometimes stick a little. This home also features a lot of beautiful woodwork that has been varnished within the last year so there is a slight varnish odor in the home.

Summary: House was very quaint,clean and inviting.. The owners probably have the best communication skills that I’ve rented from . They respond quickly and were very informative about the area and recommendations on where to eat locally. Definitely will rent from them again next time we come in town

Summary: This home was absolutely perfect for this visit and fit our family perfectly. We rented this little home unknowing it was in the same neighborhood our mother grew up. The reason for our trip was to lay her to rest in Weaver Cemetery. Very clean home with all we needed.

Summary: The house was acceptable for a one night stay, however would not want to stay longer unless some things are fixed. Want to preface my review with the note that I didn’t not contact the owner to fix anything since I discovered most of the things at 10p at night and none of them were emergent. One of the windows in the front bedroom, the glass had fallen out of the frame so there was a 2 inch gap open to the outside. Thankfully there was a screen on the

Summary: This was a great location for our family to stay for my daughter's graduation from Emory & Henry. The place was very quaint and cute. The rental was well equipped and had adequate parking. The big fenced in yard was very handy for our dogs. It slept 6 adults comfortably. I would suggest that a few long mirrors be put in the bedrooms on the back of the doors. With 3 women trying to get ready at the same time was not easy with only 2 small bathroom mirrors. Anthony made sure there were enough towels and washcloths as I requested. Overall it was convenient to all of the great Bristol eateries.
