Summary: The accommodation was a perfect location, right on the water with large lakeside deck, firepit and balcony outside eating area. The water is perfect for swimming of the dock in a narrow bay with minimal boat traffic. We caught a few small fish from the dock. The cottage itself was well equipped. A 5 minute drive into bala for groceries, restaurants etc. we had a fabulous stay and lucky with great weather … highly recommend this location.

Summary: Accommodated 10 of us easily. Separate boat house which can sleep 4-5. . Smaller sized bass and catfish can be caught off dock. Quiet location. Quite clean. Bala 2 min away. Water craft was nice to use(canoe, paddle boat, board, kayak)
