Perfect house to stay for the big game or events at Baylor or Baylor graduation. This home is located in the same town where Chip and Jo film their tv shows in their renovated mill. Close enough to Waco (20 minutes), but still with the small town vibe and away from the hustle and bustle. Please consider booking this house for your getaway!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here for her graduation weekend from Baylor University. It was such a nice area and a joy to be away from the big cities yet close enough to campus to enjoy activities. I would highly recommend you stay at this beautiful renovated home. 5 stars!!!

Summary: Only complaint was the noise at night there is a train extremely close and the house is on the corner next to the ramp onto a road, very loud traffic noise. Other than that cute place!

Summary: The cottage was very clean and comfortable. I came with a friend and his wife to watch the eclipse. I wasn't able to receive the door code via VRBO messaging via email on my cell phone, but when I called Alyssa she answered immediately and gave me all the information I needed. She also stopped by the next day and let us know there was a celebration and food for sale at Santa Fe Park. The cottage was well decorated and had solid hardwood floors. I especially liked the bathtub with a shower head on a hose and the central air conditioning. The wi-fi was strong enough to reach the fenced yard, where we set up our gear. We were very lucky that the clouds parted just before totality, and we got some good pictures of the corona!

Summary: Had such a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and quaint. Nicely decorated, very homey! Owner very attentive and answered all question immediately. Will definitely stay here again. We loved the place!

Summary: Home was very charming. Felt like home. Had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and decorated so nice. Only thing was the traffic noise b/c it is right on a main road but host supplied sound machines that helped make that better. Very close to Antique shops and The Magnolia is only about 25 minutes away.

Summary: I rented this house for Baylor’s family weekend. It was super cute and well decorated. Basically had every thing we needed. I gave a homey feel. Alyssa was very responsive and check-in was very easy. I will definitely be back.

Summary: We rented this house for a girls trip. It was beautifully decorated and met all our needs. There is a train that runs by but after the first time we heard it, we barely noticed it again. The host was awesome. I accidentally booked it for a Thursday night instead of the Friday night. As soon as I saw my mistake, I contacted her and she immediately changed it for me. Every time I contacted her she replied within a few minutes. I never had to wait for a reply from her. This place was reasonably priced and very nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get away.
