Blue Ridge Bungalow sits on almost 6 acres and offers amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This cozy home has a wood burning fireplace(seasonal mid October-mid April), Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen. Home is close to Charlottesville, Washington DC and Richmond. Visit many historical sites as well as vineyards and breweries.

40 minute drive to Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello.
5 minute drive to Renback Barn a premier wedding destination
5 miles to Yoder's Country Market home of the free petting zoo
20 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park where you can enjoy great hiking trails. Also, just a short drive to Massanutten Ski Resort and water park.
If you are looking for a quiet place in the country to just relax and recharge, this is the place for you. One dog is welcome with a small fee and cannot be left unattended in the home. We also ask that you respect our rules of no dogs on the furniture or beds. If there is damage to the property by a pet, there will be a fee assessed. Wood is provided for fireplace (seasonal October - April) and firepit. Internet is complimentary, and no refund will be given if service is out.

Summary: What a lovely, welcoming home. Kristi's home was very well appointed and accommodating. I think our favorite part was sitting out in back by the firepit, taking in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains while watching the deer graze on the hillside. Can't wait to return

Summary: We enjoyed staying at the Falk’s property. It was clean, warm and enjoyable. Center to all the attraction we did in the area (Luray Caverns, wineries, Monticello, historic Charlotteville), First time in the area but leaving with unperishable memories.

Summary: What a nice place to stay! We loved our mini-vacation with our dog Benji. The house was just as advertised, extremely well equipped and clean. Kristi left us snacks and some delicous vanilla frosted cinnamon rolls that were very tasty. The communication was super. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Watching the sunset over the mountins with a fire in the fire pit was about as good as it gets! We will be back!

Summary: Very quiet, peaceful setting with amazing 60 mile views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! Multiple wineries within 30 minutes, Trump Winery is simply spectacular, great views and wine (227 acres of vines) and DuCard Winery, special shout out to Beth for her generous hospitality while we were there.

Summary: Stayed two nights to go to a wedding at a local winery. Very comfortable beds. Nice mountain views , close to Charlottesville and all of our destinations. Saw tons of fire flies in the field behind the house , lots of songbirds, deer and wild turkeys.

Summary: We arrived the afternoon of our trip and found ourselves traversing off of the paved roadway onto a gravel lane that took us back past farms and animals to the rental cottage that sits on a private lot. Once we arrived we immediately observed the breathtaking view down through a valley and across to the mountains. Check-in was easy and the home was clean and welcoming. Snacks and beverages to get us started were left, and those included freshly baked cookies by the hosts. The living room included a playstation 3, games, and a TV with streaming capabilities. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for storing clothes. The bathroom was clean and toiletries such as haircare and body wash were provided. Overall the hosts provided everything we needed for a weekend away to visit nearby restaurants, breweries, wineries, and other local attractions. I highly recommend this VRBO because it is well-kept, on a beautiful property, convenient, and the hosts were beyond attentive.
