Summary: This home is exactly as it is listed and is very clean and very well-maintained. The host was fabulous at immediately getting back to me with questions I may have had or even dealing with the fact that we left a phone in the home. She was very accommodating and very kind. This was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding in the area. If I ever need a place to stay in Vernon Texas, it would be this home.

Summary: We stay here almost every month for a night. The place is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe there. The host is very nice and easy to work with. She replies very quickly. We will continue to stay there monthly.

Summary: My wife her sister and brother came for a school reunion. This was perfect and we all agreed. It was clean, comfortable and set up perfectly. This is the last reunion we probably will attend. I recommend staying here to any party that is looking for the perfect place to stay.

Summary: The front shower was assigned to the ladies in our group, so I did not go there. However two ladies said they couldn't get the shower to work. I don't have anything more specific from the ladies, so I ask you to check it.

Summary: The inside was very clean, updated and comfortable. Directions were easy, TV worked. The back patio needed a good sweeping and the umbrella provided for shade was so hard to open that the two of us couldn't do it together. BUT it didn't matter because the trees are so large that the shade was great. Chair pads would have been nice though.There was this security camera on the back patio. We were not comfortable with that being there. I do not know if it was recording us or not. We would have liked to have been told about this. There was a noise meter in the living room?? It did say because there is a noise ordinance. All in all a good nice clean place. Host was very nice and helpful via text.
