Summary: We had a nice time at this cabin! The place was spacious and cozy. Waking up to the view of the lake was wonderful. It had everything we needed but the only thing we wished we knew was that the lake contained blue-green algae so we could not swim.

Summary: The cottage is as you see it in the images. I love that it was so close to the lake and their were fun activities provided with it e.g., canoe, kayak, and paddle boat. The rooms were a good comfortable size. Lee was friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Summary: We had an amazing long weekend at this cottage. We have been renting cottages for many years and there’s something about this one, it was just soo relaxing though it was close to the road but that didn’t bother us a single bit. It was nice that there’s a general store minutes away from the property. Next time, we know not to bring a whole lot, you can basically find everything in that store. We will definitely come back and make more memories in this cottage. Majoleah

Summary: We’re a family of six (children’s ages ranging from 13-23) that were looking for a cottage rental for 4 days, 3 nights as our older kids couldn’t get a whole week off work. We felt very lucky to find this cottage as the owners had availability for a partial week rental which is usually rare during the summer months. The cottage was the perfect size for the 6 of us and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and it was a bonus that linens and towels were provided. It was also nice to be able to walk to the General Store. Only drawback was that it is on a busy road but it didn’t bother us too much and it wouldn’t stop us from returning.

Summary: The cottage sits between a major highway and the lake. This great for access, but be careful if you bring little ones. It is an older building in need of some repairs. Staying in winter made this more noticeable. I expect that it would be less of an issue in the summer when you can spend more time outside. Many of the doors do not close quite right and the kitchen table is rather unstable. It kitchen, was however, nice and big and very well stocked with all the items and cleaning supplies you might want. It had very nice new looking floors that cleaned really easily, which is always nice. Lots of storage space was available for those who dislike living out of a suit case. Landlords were very friendly. All in all was a good experience.

Summary: Great little spot if you plan on riding at Moonstone. Short drive and Nice to not have to stay in a condo at a resort. Would be great in the summer being right on the lake.
