Brand new Scandinavian-style cabin on 12 acres of land in the heart of Oquaga Creek State Park, a 5-min walk to Arctic Lake (2 kayaks available upon request). South facing deck and living area with a modern kitchen, dining and living area with wood stove facing West. Master bedroom with king size Casper mattress, guest room with a queen size Casper mattress and third room with bunk beds. Sofa bed in living room. Two desks and fiber optic Internet for teleworkers.
The house is carbon neutral thanks to its solar panel and extra production is sent back to the grid.
Dogs are allowed with a $50 fee for extra cleaning.
