Our cabin has easy access to all Helen has to offer and is a short walk (1/4 - 3/4 mile) for shopping, dining, bars, tubing and water Park. They also offer go-carts, horse rides, hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain roads, views etc within a short drive. The cabin is private and semi-secluded with plenty of parking space.
North Georgia also has abundant wildlife, many hiking trails, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. Enjoy the mountain Laurel in the Spring, the colorful foliage in the fall, warm mountain air in the summer and maybe even a touch of snow in the winter months.

Summary: Cabin was very homey and comfortable. 15 minute walk to the downtown if you so choose but there was plenty of easy parking downtown (3 minutes by car).

Summary: nice area, and cabin.Could have used towels for dish drying instead of paper towels. Hot tub felt like it had sand in the bottom of the tub, may want to check this out.Otherwise we would stay here again

Summary: We came down for a couple days of uninterrupted time alone from life and kids. Upon entering it felt like home and we were able to fully relax and enjoy each others company. The cabin is perfect and secluded but if we wanted to walk, we could do that too. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!
