Summary: We needed a place for a tournament weekend and it was a perfect fit. It is an older house but has great modern updates. Private and easily accesses the turf fields and just about any store and restaurant you'd need. It has a large kitchen, large family room, and the bedrooms large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: I travel to DE a few times a year for tournaments at the DE Turf. This house is a great alternative to a hotel. Very clean and best of all, the AC works awesome for hot summer days. House has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. 15 minutes from the turf and a grocery store, Dunkin's, and convenience stores are all close by. I will definitely be back again for the next tournament. Host is very responsive and nice. Thank you.
