Summary: 1. The two corners of the rug in the living room should be taped down for safety reason. Anyone could trip over. 2. The bathtub could use a grip rubber mat especially for older people. I need to hang on the door so as not to slip. 3. It is decorated nicely and clean. Cute is the word that comes in my mind. 4. The entrance area in the building could be kept cleaner and more inviting with plants.

Summary: It's charming, with original wood and style. The neighborhood is lovely. I had everything I need in this apartment. I appreciate the nice hot water, large windows and large closet for my suitcase. I would stay here again!

Summary: The property is on the second floor of an old apartment building, and parking is a house over. It is furnished with Amazon furniture- think cheap, uncomfortable, and poorly made. The bed frame was broken and I could feel every bar of the frame through the mattress. When I could manage to sleep through the discomfort, I could hear an upstairs neighbor walking around and even using the restroom. Sparse, and even at times unsanitary, courtesy items like stray tea bags and shared body wash from previous guests. There was also some random trash on the floor that was definitely there before me. Dilapidated decor and unsafe wiring practices.

Summary: Room is cozy and perfect for two people. The parking lot is great. Within a half hour of everything.. went to west side market, the Christmas story house, art museum and walked to little Italy for dinner. Kia was very thorough with her instructions and very prompt with her response

Summary: My stay was for 2 nights. Response from host was great with very detailed instructions for check in and check out. The neighborhood was good and was convenient to where I needed to be. I felt safe walking from the parking lot to the door of the building at night. Studio apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I would stay here again.

Summary: The apartment was clean, but the stairway leading up to the apartment was over the top filthy. In the apartment there was a sign/directions for everything you can imagine. The sign on one door said extra towels, toilet paper, etc., was in there, but they were not, and fortunately, we didn’t need them.
