Summary: Great for family travel - if you have a baby/young toddler definitely beneficial as the property provides some essential big items for day to day life. If you have older kids/teens the screen room is also definitely helpful as they tend to want to sit out there and give you some peace and quiet. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty of room for my family of 5.

Summary: Clean,well stocked bungalow just outside downtown Cocoa Village. Short trip to Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral and all the shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very nice screened porch with dining table.

Summary: In town for softball tournament. The location was great, we really enjoyed the village. The house was just as described and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. We even got to see a rocket launch from the end of the street, which one of the neighbors had told us about. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Summary: We were in town for a long weekend visiting family in the area and this house suited our needs well. The property description reflected the house and amenities well. The only thing not disclosed is that in order to get to one of the bedrooms and its ensuite bathroom, you have to pass through another bedroom.

Summary: Modest, charming well appointed bungalow. We felt safe and nurtured while there. Bed were comfortable and the front porch was everyone’s favorite spot. Highly recommend

Summary: Enjoyed our stay but had to cut it short to head home due to approaching storm back home. Beds were not that comfortable but I don’t sleep well away from home anyway. The porch furniture needed cleaning to use and coffee grounds left in coffee pot from previous guest. All in all house was clean and roomy.

Summary: My family had a great stay at this house! Check-in was easy and the location was perfect; close to downtown Cocoa and grocery stores. The house was comfortable and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little squeaky, but we still had a great night sleep and would stay here again.
