Positive: Nice cozy place, very convenient for our kayaking stay in the Keys. Communication from the host was fantastic (very helpful and timely both before and during the stay). The place was clean and well kept. The price was really good too.
Negative: Doorways were a bit low for a 6'4" guy like me, I kept hitting my head, but this isn't atypical for a small place like this, and for the price I can't complain.
