Summary: Very clean, cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Marcy provided a comfortable first floor property which had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. Close to main roads, it was in a good location for the places we visited. The parking area was right behind the building. Marcy was a great communicator and host!

Summary: Stayed here for a weekend while visiting a University of Cincinnati student. Super convenient to go back-and-forth to UC. The condo was very clean and felt spacious although I also agree with the word cozy. The host had excellent communication and was very helpful for the couple of things that we needed. Would absolutely stay again, except for the one problem we had which was the condo upstairs. Footsteps are extremely loud upstairs, but that wasn’t a huge problem except the people above came back from Cincinnati Oktoberfest and had a party until 3 AM and it felt like we were in a frat house with the amount of noise they were making and how the sound came through the ceiling. Couldn’t sleep until the party ended. Just bad luck of the draw I suppose. If the renters upstairs went to bed at a normal hour the sound from upstairs would not have been as big of an issue.

Summary: We came to Cincinnati to see a baseball game and chose this home to stay in. It was really clean and decorated so nice. It was located pretty close to all the sites we were interested in seeing especially the stadium. And Marcy was easy to get in touch with when we had a question. It was a great experience.

Summary: Great rental…we loved the place! Location was perfect for exploring the City. A little bit of street traffic noise but not too bad if you’ve stayed or lived in a big city before. The air mattress was a nice feature!

Summary: Our family used the property to gather for the holiday. In addition to seeing Cincinnati, we wanted to be nearby to attend the FC Cincinnati versus Philadelphia Union soccer game at TQL Stadium. The VRBO location was good for sightseeing, game attendance, and being close to restaurants. The owner's communication was excellent, and she was helpful, answering questions and being flexible with our dog being along for the trip.

Summary: We had a great stay at Cozy in the City! We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do, from the museums and zoo for the kiddos to retail stores for the adults. We were also within VERY SHORT walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream shop and a great pizza place down on the corner. 10/10 definitely recommend Cozy in the City!

Summary: The unit is lovely, just as the images showed. The manager, Marcy, did an incredible job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat next time we're in the area.

Summary: This property was perfect for my parents and I to stay over the holidays. The location is great, parking is easy and everything was so clean and tidy. The house really is very cozy and super comfortable. I would stay here again anytime!
