Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.

Summary: The location is great. Peaceful. The Condo is stuck in the 70s and needs a lot of updates. Walls haven't been painted in an age. Upstairs floor squeaks throughout, especially in the kitchen where the floor is a bit saggy/bouncy. If you are sleeping in the front bedroom downstairs, you won't be if someone is walking in the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom always smells of raw sewage. The upstairs toilet handle must be held down for some time for a successful flush. Much of the silverware, the coffee cups and some of the pots/pans needed to be washed prior to using the first time. They're clean now if you're the next one to be in this unit. You're welcome. The can opener and potato peeler are cheap and do not work well. The kitchen faucet leaked upon arrival and was quickly repaired. When maintenance was there I said the bathtub faucet also dripped. He checked it out and said "if you put it in just the right position it won't". Just what I want to do after every shower, find that special sweet spot on the faucet so it won't drip. The Power button and volume controls on the ROKU TV remote do not work. The appropriate controls are on the back of the TV in the bottom right corner. The thermostat for the back bedroom is only accessible by standing on the bed and reaching over and about 6-8 inches down behind the headboard. The listing says there is a hot tub...No. The listing pictures are similar to the unit but are not.

Summary: The place was exactly as pictured and nestled in a quiet cul de sac. A lovely view off the upstairs balcony. Would’ve been nice to use the wood burning stove for the smell and ambience of a fire. Our host was responsive and pleasant. I would book again 🙂
