2BR/2BA first floor condo centrally located in Lewes. This home offers A/C, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, cable, WiFi, and a screened-in porch. A 12-cup coffee maker (and a Keurig) are supplied. There is also a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, and dishes and an assortment of spices for cooking.
The porch closet has a variety of pool and beach items that guests can borrow (including pool noodles, a cooler, etc.). The condo is handicap accessible, pet-friendly, and the relaxing community pool--with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower--is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (pool pass is on the fridge). Dog-walking stations are available throughout the community. Sleeps: 6 with 2 Queens and 1 Double Sleeper Sofa. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. No smoking.
Minutes from downtown Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, and Rehoboth Beach. There are many local restaurants, several within walking distance, and outlet shopping nearby. There are many free concerts/performances nearby, including at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand on weekends.
Please note updated TV information: Roku devices, which pick up all Xfinity channels and allow TVs to be "Smart TVs" have been added to the 2 bedrooms with main Xfinity box in living room. With the Roku remotes in the bedrooms, guests will need to go to the Xfinity icon on the main menu to get to the Xfinity channels. To access the "smart" features on the main TV, guests will need to use the TV's remote. For just regular TV, the Xfinity remote is all you need.

Summary: The area is a fine area and the location is quite adequate. The apartment is comfortable and there should have been a solid 4 rating here but…… Toilet water, very smelly toilet water, was dripping from the ceiling into the tile floor and toilet in our room. Obviously, that is horrible but not the sites fault or able to be anticipated. The problem arose trying to get support. The emergency line for the management company went unanswered. The voicemail was full. Trying to reach the main office of the company was useless as they were closed. Emails were sent. We stuck out Wednesday night by sleeping multiple family members in the other room and closing the doors to the second room. The next day a maintenance man showed and said it couldn’t be resolved until the people upstairs had a plumber repair their toilet. We left Thursday and were told there is a no refund policy as we CHOSE to leave. By the time we left Abby(property manager) was checking with the owner if there was anything that can be done. She has since ghosted us and I have a claim with VRBO. Good luck if you need any customer support!

Summary: I can't say enough good things about this rental. It's in a quiet complex with pool access, pet friendly, short drive to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was clean, had a washer/dryer, a screened in porch and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Communication was great, check-in and check-out were so easy. Highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay for the week. Nice restaurants within walking distance, easy to get to biking trails and no steps. Lots of little perks inside. A big plus for us is the ability to bring our dog as she’s part of our family. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: We really enjoyed the condo, it was a great stay. The location makes it really easy to get to downtown Lewes and Rehoboth. We also really enjoyed taking walks around the very nice neighborhood. This was our second stay here and we’d definitely recommend it!

Summary: This property was bery nice. Onsite pool close proximity to Henlopen,Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The only negative was yhe livingroom TV did not work. It needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.
