Our space is located close to the airport and BC ferry terminals. The Butchart Gardens (a top tourist attraction), hiking trails, and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. There is easy access to main highways and downtown Victoria is only a 15-minute drive. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). MAXIMUM 14 NIGHT STAY

The Space
Located on the property close to our family home, our recently converted barn is clean, bright, and cozy. We live in a wonderful popular road for its yummy farm-fresh fruit orchards and vineyards nearby. We are close to kayaking and hiking trails. Close to the amazing Butchart Garden and Butterfly Gardens. This is a popular location for cycling and triathlon events.
Our first floor has a TV, family room & ping-pong table. The kitchen has basic cooking tools with a fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher.
The spacious second floor has a bathroom with a standing shower, a private bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs common area will accommodate 3 people with a pull out king bed and single day bed.
Extra bedding/floor mattress is available for children.
This barn is suited for families rather than party groups.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole barn minus a few storage cupboards.
Access to a small grassy area outside of the barn.

Summary: Between the massive pouf, the couch and two recliners, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to crash before and after running the Victoria marathon. It was an easy and predictable drive into downtown, a straight shot on the freeway, and right by Butchart gardens. Highly recommend.

Summary: Lack of kitchen equipmen and supples,. Front door entrance was very unsafe.The weight bench in upper room was unsafe. No curtains in windows. Quiet rural setting. The host was wonderful.Was very clean.

Summary: A beautiful little converted barn tucked away in a beautiful part of the Saanich Peninsula. Everything was fantastic. Rules were clear and easy to follow. The kids loved ping pong table.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed dining in the nearby town and easily traveled the 25 minutes to Victoria to catch the sights. The barn was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here so much. Check in was super easy, there was a lot of privacy. The yard and trees are so pretty. Loved the neighborhood and the family farm stands. It definitely had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable here. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Summary: In all honesty, I was surprised at how nice this place is. In my experience with other rentals, photos can be deceiving, so I was very happy to find this as advertised. My son chose this stay in Victoria to celebrate his high school graduation. He loved the weights, ping pong, comfy furniture, and the ability to cook. Christy was very helpful and easy to communicate with when I had questions. It was fine for us, but a possible con I think people may like to know is this is a guest house, close to the main house. The kitchen/living room area has lots of windows, none of which have any form of coverings. It really opens up the space, but it does not give you privacy. Upstairs, in the sleeping areas, there are curtains if you wish to cover the big beautiful windows. All in all, we really loved it and would stay again.
