Welcome to our spacious two-story home, newly updated to provide our guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our quiet neighborhood is only a quick twenty-minute walk to Notre Dame’s campus and driving distance to many downtown restaurants and venues. Need a few snacks or beverages? Trader Joe’s is right down the street! Our home, or as we like to call it “The Cottage”, has three bedrooms including a roomy Master Suite, and two full bathrooms – fully stocked for your convenience. Plenty of space to gather and converse can be found on the first floor. We like to spend mornings sipping coffee in the sun-dappled sitting room and evenings unwinding in the cozy hearth room. We welcome guests to make the most of our well-equipped kitchen. If you’re not in the mood to chef up a meal, check out the many different grub options around our neighborhood to satisfy your rumblings. Our backyard features a patio with access to a gas grill and enough green space to play yard games. If your luggage doesn’t allow enough space to accommodate cornhole boards, don’t worry we’ve got you covered. A washer and dryer can be found in our basement if an emergency load of laundry is needed during your stay.
Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the entire space – you will have access to the first and second floors as well as the basement. There is ample space in our driveway for parking as well as street parking.
