Summary: It suited our purposes perfectly. We were riding the Western Maryland Railway dinner train and stayed at the house just overnight. The large deck is especially nice.

Summary: A halfway point my grown children and I, this cozy cottage was the perfect size for 3 people to meet. We hiked with the dog at Rocky Gap State Park-beautiful! We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, it was a winter wonderland! The Cozy Cottage is in a convenient location, and is close to downtown Cumberland and the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We were very happy we could bring along our little dog. The view from the back deck is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. It snowed while we were out for the day, and when we returned the driveway and walkway were shoveled. We really appreciated this! We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage, and would book again! For food we recommend Patrick's Pub and Centre Street Collective. Café Mark is great, and we enjoyed the brunch train ride!
