RECENTLY REMODELED! The Weston Cottage is located in the heart of Weston, which is the oldest town in Collin County! This cozy 1950's home has been completely remodeled and is located right next door to the historic Weston Post Office and right off of the main street through Weston. Located just 8 miles from downtown Celina and 20 minutes to downtown McKinney. You will enter the 1,000 square foot home into the living room with a comfortable sofa & 2 chairs for seating. The living area has a large Roku TV with Netflix, HULU, YouTube TV & more. Board games & cards are available for nights spent in hanging around the house with friends and family. Our adorable home sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, nightstand and closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 3-drawer dress for storing clothes. The third bedroom has a trundle bed & a small bathroom located inside this room with a stand-up shower and small vanity. The larger bathroom has a tub/shower combination & pedestal sink. There is a door off of the kitchen which enters into a large backyard with a wood privacy fence. The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and electric range & toaster. We have provided pots & pans, utensils, coffee cups, wine glasses, can opener and some seasonings for cooking. There is a closet off of the kitchen with a laundry center (washer & dryer unit) for small loads of laundry. This home is clean & comfortable!

Summary: What an amazing place to stay! Our family had a great extended weekend visiting family and we were really happy with our rental. It was close to where we needed to be and we were very comfy! Many amenities were provided and the space was perfect for our family of four. We highly recommend this home!

Summary: We came to Celina to visit my daughter who lives there with her family. This little house was perfect for us as we had more family than room. Jennifer was a great hostess, always available and quick with her response. I’d highly recommend.

Summary: We were visiting Texas for the first time. This was a wonderful property, true to the listing and extremely cozy. My oldest son said he felt like he was at home. Communication was great and if I had a question it was answered quickly! Thank you for an excellent stay! We hope to be back!

Summary: This home was perfect for us. It is completely renovated, fresh and clean. The town is so small- the honey shop across the street is in an old bank where Bonnie and Clyde actually visited. The post office is on one side of the house with the fire department on the other side. We were not disturbed by sirens often…in the 4 days we stayed, we heard them twice. Get to know Dana in the coffee truck across the street; look up her story! The fenced back yard was perfect for my daughter to play in while we made dinner. The kitchen was stocked (except a 9x12 baking dish but we made what we had work) Also- no Keurig, but again made the OG coffee work after figuring out to use it again. ;) The beds were comfortable and we had pillow options. We will be visiting this area of TX every year as long as my daughter’s birth mom lives near and we will stay here every time.
