Summary: Easy access and great location— 5 minutes from family and downtown. Bed and furniture very comfortable, hardwood floors and tile beautiful and tastefully decorated. All kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and ice maker, laundry on-site. Nice yard and easy access for loading and unloading suitcases and supplies. Summary: The interior was very bright and cheery and extra clean. It had everything we needed plus more (wonderful coffee and tea assortment, hair dryer in the bathroom, etc.) Lorilee was very responsive and helpful. Great location in quiet neighborhood. We walked to Main St. and Davidson campus in under 7 minutes. There were a few hills, but nothing too strenuous for this 60-year-old couple

Summary: We stayed for two nights. The cottage was very cute, super clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to Davidson took about two minutes! We would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: The property was immaculate. The apartment-sized washer and dryer worked well. It was easy to reach the owner and use the keypad. My only complaint is the internet. It would be up for five minutes, then go down. Stop even trying to sign on. The street sign was not visible due to overgrowth of trees. It's an older neighborhood but very close to downtown amenities and restaurants.
