You have found our little nest in the heart of the Munster valley. Ideal cottage to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends.
The Gîte des Sittelles is a 65 m² wooden duplex, adjoining the house with a 25 m² wooden terrace. Two bedrooms (2x2 beds) and you can even unfold the sofa (2 places), there is room for everyone.
Here you are at Vert. Or Blanc if you come in winter, it works too!
Once arrived, your luggage tidy in the fir cupboards, you are faced with a dilemma: enjoy the comfort of this duplex, well curled up on the sofa with a cup of tea or be tempted by the call of these pretty mountains that you can see from all sides.
If your heart bends over for the ride, go, just at the end of the road awaits the Petit Ballon and its panoramic view, hours of hiking in perspective.
And even by car, we cross the village, we enter the forest and go for the hike.
And when we get back, what a joy to be able to relax on the terrace or to meet around a good table! Spend the evening warm in this little bubble of calm, then spend a good night knowing that you will still enjoy the next day ...

Summary: Place was a perfect home base for many hikes and cycling trips. On foot to the center of Munster in 5 to 10 minutes, really ideal. Great host.

Summary: After a warm welcome from Christine, we enjoyed an excellent week's holiday at this location, extremely convenient for all that the Valley of Munster has to offer - scenery, beautiful villages, and food and drink. Thrilled to see the red squirrels leaping through the trees over the balcony ! All in all, a delightful place to stay, thank you.

Summary: Beautiful views, well equipped, nicely located for Munster, with cafes, supermarket and restaurants. Lots of wonderful daytrips in the vicinity, great walking trails and lots of history and fresh air. Charming hosts, very helpful and kind. Would love to come again!

Summary: We were welcomed warmly by the owner Christine on site after a long journey. The guesthouse is very well appointed and comfortable with nice cool bedrooms on the ground floor. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom shower great. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the raclette is a bonus. The house is close enough to Munster to walk in, and the town itself is nice and quaint. We made use of the excellent local pool with our kids. All in all a lovely stay.
