Summary: House was updated, roomy and cozy! We loved the back room to relax in and enjoyed the wooded views. Close to skiing . Host was very accommodating.

Summary: My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and close to all the Sunappe attractions. Lyn was very good with communication and has a very beautiful place which was better than advertised in the photos. The stars were amazing at night and the fire pit was the perfect place to unwind after kayaking on the lake. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage and would definitely come back again. The location provides nice privacy and feels remote but is only a few minutes drive to the harbor. The building is all single level and has plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying. We could tell that the owner had made some recent improvements, some of them seemed a little "DIY" but it's a cute place and updated appliances were a nice touch too. Communication with the host was great too.

Summary: This cottage is perfect in every way. We were in the area for finals weekend at Sunapee for my children’s race program and found this last minute. The location was fantastic, less than 10 minutes to the mountain even in a blizzard. The host, Lyn, had the best communication I have ever had with any rental we have done thus far. My daughters fell in love with the cottage and would 100% rent again should we ever be in the area again. The space is light and airy, has every amenity you could think of or need, the dryer was a god send after 8 hours on the mountain in dumping conditions. I can’t speak highly enough about this host or rental!

Summary: Very clean and well maintained property in a quiet area close to Mount Sunapee. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Great option for shorter stays like a weekend getaway.
