Summary: We enjoyed five nights at his cute updated home. It was pretty, comfortable and convenient with so many thoughtful touches! Throughout every step of our rental, the host was very responsive and helpful, answering all of my many questions promptly and kindly. The neighborhood was lovely, and we even had someone stop to comment on how great the property looked following renovations! Parking and access were easy.

Summary: After slipping and falling several times on the ice around my rural home that was suffering from a longterm power outage, I searched nearby Lynchburg for a short-term rental property that would 1) have electricity, 2) provide me with a tub so I could take a nice long hot bath, and 3) be in a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood. “Cozy Cottage on Perrymont” checked not only all those boxes but plenty more. What a wonderful space—full of light, quiet, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. A perfect home away from home for me. Although there was still snow on the ground in Lynchburg during my stay, all the sidewalks had been shoveled and I was able to go for walks in the neighborhood without danger of slipping. I was pleased to encounter a handful of friendly neighbors (cheerfully chatting with each other and extending their good cheer to me after I said hello). Although I didn’t use the kitchen, it appeared to be well equipped. I appreciated the ample supply of cozy blankets and towels; and I also enjoyed how close I was to restaurants and and to stores that I normally don’t have access to in my very rural area.
