Pretty as a picture, this home is on a quiet lane in the much sought after Bonnet Shores community of Narragansett. Enjoy the park- like setting on the beautiful deck in the large, private back yard. This space provides comfortable seating for outdoor dining and lazy afternoons.

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
This charming home includes an open floor plan with nicely appointed seaside decor. Two bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed), plus a sunroom with a twin day bed and a queen size pullout sofa in the living room, one full bath, and an outdoor shower (yes, hot & cold!).. Amenities include AC window units, washer, dryer, dishwasher , flat screen TV's, cable/internet, fully equipped kitchen and lots more.
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: Always love coming down here with family. The property is in a great location and the outside shower is such a nice bonus! The listing staff and owners are very responsive and accommodating. Easy transition in and out of beach mode.

Summary: What a wonderful cottage! This is the cleanest home I've ever rented--not just surfaces wiped down, but actually CLEAN. The furnishings are comfortable like a real home and the whole house just has everything you need. There were even brand new bed pillows that you could feel comfortable using, which is something you never see. The kitchen is great and well equipped and the extra drink fridge is a great touch and very helpful in keeping kiddos out of the way while you are cooking. The deck is most excellent and the outdoor shower is the best I've had in years of renting in RI. The grill actually works, which has been a sore spot for me at other rentals for the past few summers. If your kids are old enough they should be able to bike to the beach with no problem, otherwise it's easy to drop them off with all the beach stuff and walk or bike back. I walked from the house to the beach and back every morning for exercise! Kelly Beach is always lovely and you can always do Scarborough Beach on a day you want bigger waves. Brickley's is a bike or car ride away and Roch's for quick groceries is close by. Narragansett also has wonderful basketball and tennis courts as well as wonderful baseball fields. It was a perfect cottage and we had a great time! Thank you!

Summary: Loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach everyday, loved the giant back deck and outdoor shower, and loved how clean everything was. Excellent stay!

Summary: Cottage was clean and came with well equipped kitchen. Decorations were very cute and mattresses were of good quality. Outside shower and deck were great. Beach pass to nearby beach was included - a very beautiful. Only complaint was that beach did not have bathroom facilities only porta potty

Summary: It was a wonderful house in a perfect location. We even weathered a hurricane/tropical storm where the power was off for less than 24 hours! Lots of fun with flashlights and lanterns! The "highlight" of the house was the amazing backyard porch!
