Summary: Over all the Cozy Cottage was very nice. It is located in a residential area which lowers the walking score, but I knew this when I reserved it. The balcony, covered outdoor dining space and the large private back yard with fire pit are great. Although, in my opinion, there were a couple conveniences lacking, bedside lamps, a floor lamp in the living room and a narrower dining table in the kitchen to improve the work around space. And I did find the bed, bathroom and kitchen linens and the cutlery could be a bit newer and nicer. I would highly recommend the Cozy Cottage if the location suits your needs.

Summary: House is very well done and clean. No top sheet on one of the beds. Pillows need replaced. Wifi sketchy or not at all which was VERY frustrating. Overall nice accomodations.

Summary: Everything was great for a sister's getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Had a small issue with the BBQ but problem solve shortly after contacting the host.

Summary: Very clean and nicely updated The outdoor space was really nice for eating outside and sitting around the campfire The area was pleasant and my dog enjoyed walking along the river trail
