Summary: This property has everything a person could need to have an enjoyable stay--beautiful screen porch, lawn games, campfire pit with wood, board games, air hockey, childrens' books, outdoor grill, well-appointed kitchen, etc.We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great property! We could have cooked things without getting spices and those other staples that you need in small quantities. Very clean. Would definitely recommend. My only suggestion would be some table lights in the living room.

Summary: Overall the rental was what we were looking for - close to our loved ones, a safe and clean space to lay our heads at night, etc. The only disappointment was in the master bedroom - the listing says it is a King bed and it definitely is not, and the mattress topper was spilling over the edge of the box spring and the box spring was maybe breaking/broken? If you got too close to the edge you risk falling out, but to move more toward the middle you sunk down. With that improvement we would stay again!

Summary: Nice house, rooms very acommidating. East ti get in and out of. Very minor, but some of the lightsin the living room and dining room we led lights that flicjered pretty stedily and werent very bright at night so we hung out elsewhere. Everything else was great!

Summary: We had a lovely time down visiting my daughter at ISU. The property is so close to ISU. This is our second time staying at the property. Our host left us fresh donuts and pastries. The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, and we loved playing air hockey in our spare time. Looking forward to our next stay here

Summary: Overall, the listing is accurate. The house is very cozy. The beds were nice and comfy too! It is lived-in, not totally 100% upgraded and fancy but it is a great price for what you get. The owner was also super professional and they had lots of instructions printed in the house to help with things like turning on the shower, how to use fireplace, that kind of stuff. The only thing I was worried about when reading the listing is how the neighborhood would be. That's just something that is hard to determine from house pictures. And it isn't a particularly fancy house so one might worry whether it is in a good area. But it is perfect! The area seems very suburban and family friendly. Quiet and peaceful, easy access yet very little traffic. It is also right off the highway and close to restaurants and stuff. There is a grocery store extremely close-by. I want to say like half a block but I can't remember for sure. I also enjoyed the parking situation. It was very convenient that there was a driveway, parking and garage behind the house so that I didn't have to park on the street. If I'm ever back in the area I'd stay there again.

Summary: We had a group of family/friends in town for a funeral and celebration of life. The house was a perfect base for us, we especially enjoyed the back porch. We had two couples and a single (plus an extra for one night) and it was very comfortable. I was especially grateful for some of the small details, like the box of donuts they left and the fact that there were plenty of hangers in the closets. Julia was very responsive when I had questions, and all the details of checking in and out were smooth and easy.
