Summary: The house was a nice place and it had plenty of space for our group. Plenty of seating to eat and 2 living rooms. Safe area , plenty of lighting and close to stores. Washer and dryer were handy. Cons: it appeared clean at first glance, however there was mouse droppings in kitchen, dirt and debri under couches and under cushions , under beds and around edges of floors. Walls in areas that are touched often had a lot of dirt . Refrigerator leaked water on floor, drawer for silverware was broke. The flooring in the main area was pieces together with gaps . With a little TLC this could be a really nice place. I would definitely stay again if it was deep cleaned and repairs were made.

Summary: 1. Electric garage door; not functional nor lockable. Interior of garage littered wih stuff. 2. Exterior doors loose and not weathersealed, locks about to fall off on sliding doors. 3. Den ceiling fan nonfunctional. Lights in house not all functional and some are burnt out. 4. Many drawers and storage areas contain items belonging to someone else, so we lived out of our suitcases. 5. Carpets very dirty and smelly. Because we normally do not wear shoes inside, our socks got very dirty. Master bedroom carpet shows evidence of getting flooded sometime in its past. 6. Master bedroom bathroom toilet is not fastened to the floor, which allowed raw sewage to leak across the floor. Tub faucets drip continuously, will not shut off. 7. Mis-Advertised as a 4 bedroom house: two of the bedrooms are just big enough for a double bed and the inward swinging door. Rooms have no room for furniture and no closets exist. 8. The beds are low quality and very uncomfortable. Motel 6 has better and more comfortable beds. 9. The gararage floods when it rains because proper drainage was not built or maintained on the upslope side of the house. 10: The 4 couches are poor quality, dirty, and very uncomfortable. One couch in the den, when sat on by my wife, sunk almost to the floor, forcing her knees to her chin level, which mandated my assistance to lift her out of the couch. 11: communicating with property manager was apparently restricted to leaving messages because not once did they call me back. This property could be an exvellent place to do extended stays with family and friends. But poor maintenance, etc. marred our experience. Good neighborhood, big but unfenced yard, pretty area, good access to stores, etc.

Summary: My family and I visited for the Thanksgiving holiday. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. All of the check in info was sent via email. My family had a comfortable stay that was close to my sisters’ houses, which was fantastic. Thank you.
