Summary: The property wasn't too bad, about average, but could stand to be updated a little. However, if I had a rental property, I wouldn't want to put the best furnishings into it. The townhouse worked for me for this trip, as I was attending the funeral of a dear friend. I grew up in Enterprise from 9th grade through high school and some short time periods after that, and I didn't know this area existed, and it may not have back when I lived there. I felt safe, but for the most part, I would feel safe in most any area of the town, although it has grown a lot since I lived there. The "Host" fee was quite expensive for a few emails & I feel shouldn't be so high. The nightly price and cleaning fee was reasonable. I did ask to extend my check out time by one hour and was told there would be a cost of $30 to do so. However, they asked me to roll the trash can out to the street as a convenience for them & I decided, for a convenience fee of $30, I would have been glad to do so! It was freezing outside and certainly not something I wanted to do to help them out when they couldn't give me an extra hour extending check out. Their check-in is an hour later than most places, and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. I would possibly stay here again as I only needed a place to shower and sleep. Most of the time in town I was spending with friends and not at the townhouse.

Summary: Beautiful, perfect place to stay in Enterprise, AL! This is the 2nd time staying at one of Maria’s properties, and both were awesome! Great communication throughout the process including booking, check in & check out & after! We left a momentum there and Maria will be mailing it to us at home. We’ll definitely be requesting one of their properties next time we visit! Came to enterprise for my son’s pilot school graduation. 🇺🇸 Very nice place with a great serene outside area with birds chirping in the woods behind the backyard. All amenities in a very nice, clean place to stay! Thank you Maria!!
