Summary: EXCELLENT location near Wash Park. It’s a classic bungalow with charm and amazing character. Plenty of space for the wife and I and our two girls (dogs). Huge fenced backyard (for Denver). Will absolutely stay here next time in town.

Summary: Enjoyed staying here with my dog. Emails not answered in a timely fashion regarding early check-in. One suggestion - it would be helpful to have better instructions with regard to the tv. I couldn't get the remotes to work, and couldn't even access network tv.

Summary: While the home looked like a comfortable home away from home it unfortunately was not. The biggest burden for us was lack of laundry access in the locked basement. Given our stay was 10 days and we had 2 toddlers this required we go to a laundromat which ruined one of our vacation days and is not something we have ever run into in our many years renting through vrbo. Furthermore, the linens and towels provided were not adequate for the length of stay- 2 kitchen towels, no washclothes, 6 bath towels, and one set of linens per bed for a 9 day 4 person family stay. The property manager agreed to unlock the laundry on a Thursday, then never heard back until I messaged her on Sunday in which she said owners were not comfortable with that but she would drop off towels if we would like. By that time we were already frustrated after trying to take a shower with a broken shower head, sit on a couch that had seen too many sits, and street parking for which was dangerous with car seats. Meanwhile the weirdly locked basement with a garage in the alley with owners car stored and garage door left open furthered the lack of home experience and resulted in a ticket for not moving our vehicle for street sweeping. While I clearly understand the listing listed street parking and did not list laundry access, I do feel it important to leave the review for others who may have not considered even looking for these basic amenities. Lack of access to laundry in the middle of the city is a clear burden to renters with extended lengths of stay. The cleanliness of the home was also questionable with food and blood noted on multiple walls and on the mattresses upon stripping of the beds.

Summary: Nice and well-kept house in modest neighborhood. A medium walk to grocery and other basic services. Uber GPS takes one to the alley behind the house rather than front door--so tell your driver you want to go to the front. A few items (toaster and TV remote) need maintenance.
