Welcome to family/dog-friendly Arrowhead Lake! Relax & unwind at our 3 bdrm ranch-style cottage.

Three major ski resorts (Jack Frost, Big Boulder & Camelback) are each a short drive away!

Regardless of whether you're into skiing, hiking, antiquing or enjoying a glass of wine at one of the local wineries, there's something here for everyone.

Guests may bring up to 2 dogs (100lbs max per dog) for an additional pet fee.
Sorry, no other pets allowed due to allergies.

Fees (besides nightly rental cost) when booking include the lake community amenities fee (per person/per day) along with 1 vehicle gate card. Additional vehicle gate cards are $20 each. (Vehicle gate cards are needed to enter the Lake community. ) These fees are per Arrowhead Lake Community Association rules and are non-negotiable.

Summary: We stayed for the whole weekend to celebrate our friend getting married & this place was perfect! It was nestled all the way in the back of the neighborhood but that made it even more peaceful and calm. The house was very clean and packed with every cup/mug, utensil, cookware, coffee machine, etc. that you could think of! The host even provided all the ingredients to make s’mores! There were plenty of games too & we were stocked with all the towels we needed. The light switches and fans have a different set up in some rooms than usual but it’s easy to get the hang of them. The host was super sweet and very helpful! Gave us all the instructions ahead of time on how to check-in, directions to the place, and a whole bunch about the house to make our stay as hassle-free as possible! Highly recommend staying here and we’ll be back to stay again as well!

Summary: Wonderful house on nice quiet street with little traffic. Kitchen completely stocked with everything you need. We grilled out several times and the Weber works great! House updated and very nice! It was 90+ degrees and the A/C worked great! We have been to Arrowhead many times but this visit was special with the grandkids and family close by! Owner is super friendly! We will be back!

Summary: Our family of 5 ( including our 6yo dog) had a great time! The communication was awesome from the booking to the last day, Phyllis was in touch and making sure we had all that we need it and answer all our questions. The house was nice, clean and well stocked! The kids loved the welcome basket with s’mores ingredients, such a nice touch. We were able to walk to one of the pools and you will have to drive to the rest, but the whole area is full of things to do. This is our second time in the Arrowhead and will def coming back!

Summary: First of all, I would like to say THANK YOU to Phyllis, who made the reservation process super easy and clear and was always quick to respond. About the house: We had a party of 4 adults and 2 kids. And you know how kids are—you need to pack everything. But in this case, we never unpacked our kitchen tools or supplies. This house has literally everything: Ziploc bags, foil, napkins, paper towels, and every kind of kitchen tool and equipment. They have First Aid, shower soap and shampoo. And everything is sparkling clean. Such a cozy place that would be the best place to celebrate Christmas holidays. They have an outdoor firepit and a fireplace in the living room. In the house, you can find a book with instructions on how to use the fireplace. Also, Phyllis made sure that the kids have table games to play and a TV with many channels. Just need to use your account 😉 The community is secure and family-oriented. You can find multiple pool areas and beaches around the community. To use these perks, you will need a pass. Philys will help you out with clear instructions on how to get those without any charges. Overall, we had an amazing time. Please, don't hesitate with the reservation. You definitely will not regret. Till next time ❤️

Summary: The Arrowhead Lake Cottage was everything we could of hoped for and more. Phyllis has the house immaculate and the decorations are beautiful. We got the privelege of staying over Christmas vacation. I had reached out to Phyllis to see what decorations would be up and she went above and beyond. She had lights around the front of the house and the main area of the house had decorations and a tree up for us. Phyllis kept in great contact with me and even went above and beyond for us when my husband left a jacket in the closet and she mailed it to us. We cant wait to come back and enjoy Arrowhead Lake during the summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Phyllis!
