Our one-bedroom condo is conveniently located a few miles south of downtown Austin. We are also a short drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Best of all we are a stone throw away from Lady Bird Lake. Our proximity to downtown Austin means that you have access to some of the best restaurants and sites the city has to offer. Our 464 sq. ft. condo is ideal for 2 people, but we can accommodate up to 4 guests and we offer high speed internet and SLING TV.
Our cozy intimate condo is perfect for a couple looking to stay in Austin on a budget. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. We are not the biggest place that you can find but what we lack in size we make up for in comfort. Our condo has everything you need for your stay all in a quaint setting. Our condo is in the unique urban neighborhood of East Riverside -Oltorf which is an up and coming area with young professionals and small families. The complex is home to several families and offers a community pool.
Just fifteen minutes from downtown Austin, this 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom condo is just ten minutes from the airport. This condo is perfectly located for those guests who are looking to enjoy a relaxing visit and/or explore the city. Famous for its music scene and burgeoning food culture, it is home to a tremendous amount of sightseeing, shopping, dining and outdoor adventures, and this condo could be the ideal base from which to enjoy it all.
Our condo has a small private patio for you to enjoy a bit of relaxing outdoor time. Beautifully designed and decorated, it is a contemporary masterpiece that offers a fully furnished eat in kitchen and living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed.
Whether in town for business or pleasure, this remarkably well-designed condo is an ideal choice for anyone in the Austin region. Offering you the convenience of a fast commute to almost anywhere in the city. There is also plenty of parking on the premises.
Guest will have access to the entire condo and pool. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We are near downtown, SOCO, SOLA, Zilker, Oracle Campus on east side, & more. Easy access to UT Austin & ABIA! Close by groceries, restaurants & Lady Bird Lake
Being that we are in Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 2 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the condo.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo! Smoking outside on the patio is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

Summary: Keypad access made early check-in possible. Room was as advertised. Easily within walking distance to Elmo's Austin for the concert we attended. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Summary: I would not stay here again. The place was not very clean, comfortable or welcoming and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. There was caked on dust in all of the vents. The furniture was sparse (no bedside table or table to eat at). The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the linens/pillows were cheap, uncomfortable and didn’t even smell clean. The listing advertises a king size bed, it is a Queen. Not to mention there were threats of fines pasted all over the walls and in the welcome materials. Additionally, you will be asked to wash your own towels, strip the bedding, do all dishes and take out the trash in addition to paying the cleaning fee. We did not plan to cook, but if we did the kitchen did not seem to have the necessary materials to do so. If you are able to look past all of that the owners respond rather promptly.

Summary: We ahd five days to add to a work related trip and we rented this VRBO. The pricing was good. The inside upon getting there was as advertised. It was clean and mostly well appointed. There are grocery stores within walking distance. We had opted for not having a rental car on this trip. The place is in a condo facility. It was quiet and had friendlyneighbors who we met mostly when we went top the pool. A few quibbles since we have stayed in a number of VRBO's around the world. The apartment could use ice cube trays, some wine glasses ( after all the people renting are on a vaction), a coule more coffee cups and a few beach towels for the pool. A small dresser with drawers for clotyhes would be a help. All of our questions were promptly responded too. The only small issue was that the Amazon Fire remote was not in the apartment so we used our own devices for news and such. Not a big deal since we were not there to watch TV. All the appliances worked. The neighborhood is mixed and we found iot to be safe and quiet. The near by Mexican restaurnats were also good.

Summary: Good things: - walking distance to our concert venue (Emo’s) - Ample parking spaces regardless of time of day - Good wifi connection - Washer and dryer availability Things that could be improved: - weather stripping is hanging down on front door. Every time my friend walked through the door, she would get hit in the head by it - There is a ring doorbell at this apartment that records you every time you come and go from the apartment. - If you’re not used to living in a city, this apartment will be too loud for you. Cars are driving by all day and night, so if you’re not used to the noise it could be difficult to sleep at night. - The 2 bath towels and wash cloths that were provided were very thin and had hair on them when we arrived. We had to wash them as soon as we got there in order to use them. But there was also a rule when you check out to wash your towels to save the maid some time (even though you pay a fee for cleaning when you rent the apartment). - There are random hidden fees that won’t be made known to you until you are at the apartment such as a $200 fee for any unauthorized guests and a $50 fee to mail back any items you leave behind. - I had to message the hosts the day of check in because it was an hour before I was supposed to be able to access the apartment and still hadn’t heard from them. - The kitchenware that is supplied is not the best and the kitchen is too small to regularly cook. It would be best to plan on eating out if you’re staying here. - The main bed and the pull out couch are not the most comfortable. The beds and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. - The shower rod fell on me when I tried to close the curtain to take a shower. The rings that connect the curtain to the rod are also all rusted and hard to move.

Summary: If you are looking for an expensive, fraternity quality one bedroom apartment in a skeevy part of town to stay in, this will fit the bill. The property owner graciously extended our stay to one night earlier than booked due to a last minute flight change, which is where my positive comments end. We arrived late at night to an apartment smelling of cigarette smoke, a bathroom with mold on the ceiling, shower curtains barely long enough for the shower (which had a rusted out curtain rod and rings). The ashtray on the deck with instructions in the check in binder to smoke outside are a fairly clear contraindication of the non-smoking description of the listing. The bed felt like a cardboard box and the singular “decoration” pillow had yellow stains on it. All fan and heater vents were coated in a thick layer of dust. No bedside tables, and no outlets close enough to the bed to plug in phones. The bedroom curtains were plain pvc and hang directly over the pillows. We left immediately after waking up the next morning due to allergy issues from the cigarette smoke and contacted the property owner who only said that we should have contacted her prior to leaving. She said she’d get back to me and never did. Over $600 out the window for only a one night uncomfortable stay. Save the hassel and get a hotel.

Summary: Nice place overall. Shower faucet was loose and could use a TV in the bedroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place. Easy communication with the owner, nice location, easy process. Would stay again. Would recommend.
