Summary: It was in a great location, walkable to Woodward. But it was 45 degrees on the inside of the apartment when we checked in right at 4. It took 5 hours for it to get to 72 degrees. So cold we couldn't shower or nap after our trip. There were no rush extra blankets. One of the two bedrooms took the entire night to be warm enough to sleep without a coat. Owner was hard to get ahold of and made lots of excuses for not having the heat or any blankets.

Summary: We were kinda scared from the outside appearance but was pleasantly surprised when we went inside. Very nice place and clean. Also great communicate with host. Would recommend.

Summary: Overall this rental worked for our needs. Visiting for a wedding and didn't need to stay in the place a whole lot. The AC didn't seem to work very well. The floors are EXTREMELY creeky. Any movement around this place is heard from every room. There were cobwebs in most of the windows and ceiling. The TV is not connected to anything other than a DVD player. No local tv or anything for that matter. When I saw this listed as "home" I didn't realize this was a duplex situation. This is a rental for the top floor. Completely my bad for not reading the fine print. Again, worked for what we needed. Thankfully, wasn't there a lot.
