Positive: EXCELLENT - The apt is large for Greater Accra with 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen room, a large living room with a great TV/USDT, very strong WiFi, and a separate bedroom and bathroom The manager for the apt (Jennifer) is very friendly, accommodating, and always available The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, conviently located 3km from the beach and 1km from Teshie Market where you can buy nearly everything at discounted prices Note: I've been staying in Accra for business 60% of the year for 6 years, so I have well over 500 hotel and apt stays
Negative: The location is hard to find without a sign. But, once you become familiar with the location, its easy to find

Positive: The host made an effort to accommodate my early arrival and was kind enough to take me round to get some items that I needed urgently. I appreciated that. I also had the privilege of meeting the owner of the apartment - a very warm, friendly and kind person who truly understands the meaning of "hospitality". I felt at home and very comfortable in the apartment, and the kitchen though quite small, is well equipped and had just about anything you would need in a kitchen away from home. I feel they truly made an effort to provide for guests and their comfort. Would I stay at Cozy Escape again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Cozy Escape to anyone visiting Accra? Most definitely. I typically don't write reviews, but I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences that I have ever had staying at an Airbnb. The owner of the apartment truly understands the meaning of customer service.
Negative: The photos of the apartment are indeed accurate. I just think it might be a good idea to highlight to guests that they will indeed need to go up a few flights of stairs. This might be important for people who don't like to climb stairs, or for those with impaired mobility. I personally don't like to climb too many stairs, especially when carrying things, including five suitcases, and on check-out, I felt somewhat strained having to organize/arrange to carry my things down the flights of stairs. Although in fairness, on check-in, there was a lady available to carry my things upstairs.
Summary: I felt at home, in a serene and peaceful environment.
