Summary: I rarely give reviews and have only given them when they are positive, but I feel the need to be honest here for others. The house had what we needed which was 4 bedrooms and at least 3 baths. It met that criteria. Beyond that, it had very little to offer. Not an ideal neighborhood. The front porch is nice but only one 2 person bench swing and the traffic noise level was disappointing especially when we have 4 people in our group The VRBO amenities offered a fireplace. It didn’t work. Ants in the kitchen. After a long day of travel and communicating with the host about a possible early check-in (which was denied) when we got to the home we couldn’t get in. Again having to communicate with the host (twice as we waited) she had forgotten to reset the code to allow us entry. The home has potential and my advice to the host is do better. Clean up the yard. Make your home warm and inviting with at least a little decor. Make sure there is access to all four bedrooms when that is what you advertise and please make sure sheets are on all the beds.

Summary: My mom was having breast cancer surgery in May and the whole family wanted to come and support her. We didn’t think a hotel would be very cozy, so I found this home and it checked all the boxes! It had plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles, was close to the hospital and included space for all to be together and have their own space as well. We even got to bring our pup to support his Nana during recovery. I had to make a last minute change to the reservation due to the surgeon’s schedule and they were happy to accommodate. I also asked for a late check out due to the surgery running way behind. They were also very happy to help with that as well. The only thing I would say is we were 3 couples and the third couple had to sleep in separate beds because the rooms had double beds in them. They could have managed and wouldn’t be an issue if it was a family with kiddos.
