Summary: Clean and updated *garden apartment* on the border of Avondale and Logan Square. Walking distance to top-notch coffee shops and restaurants, with a great park/dog park across the street. Kevin was a responsive host who frequently checked in to make sure we had what we needed! Parking is sometimes hard to come by, especially at night, as this apartment is on a busy street. Overall, this was a convenient and comfortable home base for my wife and I, and our dog.
