Summary: This was a beautiful old farmhouse, just as shown in the listing. The front porch and the back porch were glorious for morning coffees and enjoying the beautiful trees. The owner was very responsive and everything was nicely put together. My only very minor negative comment was that one has to drive a little ways to find some longer hiking trails. Wonderful stay!!

Summary: Very clean and inviting . Kitchen was well equipped and the appliances worked well so food preparation was easy. The beds were very comfortable. We came home feeling refreshed.

Summary: This house is very homey and welcoming. We enjoyed a ride on the Potomac Eagle Railway and the location of the home was perfect, just a short drive away. The house was spacious and very homey. We especially enjoyed the fresh produce from the garden left by the owners.

Summary: Nice and quiet/restful. Nice swing on back porch. Host/hostess hospitality 👍 (welcoming basket of their produce was a nice touch). Clean & comfortable accommodations. Would rent again.

Summary: home was clean and comfortable. Communication was great with owner and he was very attentive to our needs when we had a water issue. Everything was corrected and he followed up the next day to make sure we were good. Overall, this house is perfect and made us feel at home.
