This comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom farm house was built in the 1940's and has been added to and upgraded over the years. Located in the town of Beach Lake, PA, just across the Delaware River from the charming hamlet of Narrowsburg, NY, this house offers access to the best of the Poconos, the Catskills and the Upper Delaware Valley.
Located close to so many great attractions including, Three Hammers Winery, Woodloch Golf and Spa, fantastic restaurants and shopping in Narrowsburg, Callicoon and Hawley.
Ski at Elk Mountain or Big Bear at Masthope.
Great hiking trails and swimming up and down the Delaware. Rafting, canoeing, kayaking and zip lines can be found in near by.
Enjoy the local attractions or stay in and enjoy the grounds.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We had one small issue upon arrival and Daniel was quick and easy to communicate with and we were happy with how he handled the situation. The house has 3 window air conditioners, it was in the 90’s when we arrived so we put them on and the house cooled down nicely. This is one of the best equipped houses we’ve stayed in with all the kitchen essentials. Thank you.

Summary: This place was amazing! The area was nice and quiet, yet central to many different wonderful places to go see and explore. If you like the outdoors, there are plenty of hikes nearby, heck, there are even a few mini golf places that you can take the kids too as well. This was a great relaxing place for our family.

Summary: My family and I rented the house because we were going to a show at Bethel Woods. We had planned on going to museums, etc., but, we loved the house so much, we stayed there, and walked around the property! The home is absolutely beautiful. So cozy, yet very spacious. Everything you can think of was provided for us.. There's also a trampoline and fire pit out back. Very private, quiet, yet not far from town and a supermarket. The hosts were extremely kind. Daniel answered my many questions, and even went so far as to type up a list of nearby restaurants/attractions. We will definately be renting this property again..

Summary: Loved this property! Definite 5 star rating! My husband and I were looking for somewhere fairly close to home, but in an area we’ve never explored before, when we came across this lovely farmhouse rental. We enjoyed a local winery, several hiking trails, and exploring several small towns (our personal favorite was Narrowsburg), all within a half hour of this home. The house is so charming. Full of lots of character, and homey touches. Kitchen had every amenity needed, and there is plenty of comfortable seating throughout. Although it was just the two of us, and our dog, Lily, this home would also be great for a family or small group as the house is laid out in such a way so that everyone can easily gather together, or have some quiet time alone, and not feel like they are in each other’s space. The owners are super easy to work with, and respond quickly to any questions. Thank you so much Daniel and Katie!

Summary: This was a last-minute decision and when this property popped up on VRBO, it seemed like the right fit. Aside from the stench in the laundry room, we had a great time! We kept the door closed and cracked the window open to help alleviate the smell. It is being addressed but wasn’t done in time for our stay. The house is uniquely laid out and provided us with all that we needed to have a FUN, snowboarding weekend in the mountains!!
