Super clean and pristine 3 Bedroom 4 bed 2 full bath home with new appliances in the 22’ ceiling spacious kitchen. 3 flat screen tv's, blue ray dvd, wireless internet and Apple TV included. The home is situated in the quaint historic hamlet of Remsenburg, 5 minutes from Westhampton Beach Village, 10 minutes from the beach (Dune Road) and a bike ride to the bay. Speonk train station 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants, pizza, bagels, Sushi and a liquor store minutes away. 15 minutes to the renowned north fork wineries and golf just minutes away. 15 minutes to Tanger Mall shopping and Riverhead aquarium. 15 minutes to party boat fishing and great snapper and crab fishing just up the block. Come experience a Great summer retreat with fenced-in built-in heated pool (Child safe and Open June thru September) that features awesome lounges, floats and a fire pit all perfectly situated on a full acre of very private property. $100 additional charge for the pool to be heated. Cash only. Lighted and screened in gazebo. It's an awesome retreat for whatever relaxing style you are looking for. We also have available, one high chair, one bassinet and one pack and play play pen. (Please bring linens for them). Wonderful playground just across the street. We are a very reasonable couple and will do our best to accommodate most requests. You will not be disappointed. Total relaxation and total privacy is our goal for you and your guests. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, small cooler and a beach cart are available for a great beach day. Unlimited wood for the fire pit.12 bottle wine chiller. Very safe area for walking, jogging or bicycling. Our home by our standards and all 5 star reviews received, exceeds the pinnacle of coziness, cleanliness and privacy. Summary: This was a perfect getaway from New York City for 2 weeks. Michael and Sue were the perfect hosts and their home was so comfortable and charming. It was furnished with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor area with its pool, gazebo and deck (and a fire pit for smores) were an added dividend. Summary: My husband and adult children stayed in Michael and Susans amazing home, filled with warmth, comfort and cleanliness. My daughter was getting married on Dune Rd so this was the perfect location. Beds were comfortable, home is spacious and just lovely. Grounds are gorgeous and the pool is perfect on a hot summer day. We will be back. It was the best week end ever!! Thank you!

Summary: We had a great week staying here, it was the perfect kick-off to summer. The kids spent hours in the pool, the house was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. The beach and adorable westhampton village are both quick drives, and the playground across the street was a great addition. Mike was always responsive and available to help with any questions or needs we had. Would definitely return and would absolutely recommend!

Summary: My husband and I have rented for years on VRBO and this was such an amazing experience I had to truly write a review from my heart. The pictures just don’t truly grasp what kind of place this is. First, the cleanliness!! You can tell that care is taken of this home. And the decor is just so heartwarming and chic at the same time! My husband, son and I were running around the house like little kids when we got there. There’s little notes and treasures that only if you see it will you understand! I honestly couldn’t find one pinch of dust or dirt anywhere. The kitchen is spotless, and so easy to use, but also plenty to order from if you feel like relaxing. And the pool! My son and I spent hours on end in it, it’s private, comfortable and so so CLEAN! The guy came to clean while we were there and I couldn’t even imagine it being cleaner! But obviously the owners take care of everything which makes such a difference. And the owners…. Mike and Sue… You almost feel like family by the time you leave… there’s just so much chaos in the world it was healing to be somewhere by such kind people… they want you to enjoy the home, it’s truly a special experience. From the wine in the fridge, to the fresh flowers, to the s’mores we ate by the fire pit. I feel so grateful my son will have these memories. My husband who works 7 day weeks ended up sleeping on the amazingly comfortable couch with our son watching movies late night and playing every game they had in the house! He didn’t even want his IPAD!! I felt like a queen in the beds upstairs which are so comfortable… I mean I really would buy one if I could! The bedding was clean, beautiful and blankets, extra pillows. I feel like I just found the best hidden secret on Long Island… I am definitely planning another trip back.

Summary: We had a great weekend at Mike and Sue’s house. The house is comfortable, adorable and clean, and has a lot of great perks like coffee, dishwasher detergent, fast WiFi and a bottle of wine to welcome you. We also had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay, and Mike and Sue were kind enough to extend it a day when Hurricane Henri delayed our travels. Great stay all around, and we hope to come back!

Summary: You won’t regret booking this property. I’m so happy my friends and I were able to book it for a long weekend. The description here is accurate yet does not do it justice. The house is beautifully decorated yet very cozy. You will want for nothing while you are there. The hosts have anticipated any needs you may have from the kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and beyond. They were also quite friendly and very helpful, quickly accommodating any additional needs we had. We felt right at home. Our stay there was a long overdue, enjoyable, relaxing experience. We hope to stay here again as we had such an amazing time.

Summary: We had such a wonderful week staying at Michael & Sue’s home. From Booking to pre arrival instructions to check out the entire process was seamless and Michael was so helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. At check in we were greeted with a welcome note, a bottle or wine from a local vineyard and fresh flowers plus marshmallows & sticks for s’mores!!!! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, it had almost every amenity you could ask for. The pool was warmed before we arrived and the kids spent much of the week in it. We made s’mores by the fire & went to the playground across the street. The house had everything we needed to make family meals. It’s a short drive into Westhapmton beach where there is much to do! My family and I kept talking all week about how we would absolutely return to this house again as we had such a fun and relaxing week at this beautiful farmhouse!
