Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this home. Unfortunately our trip was cut short so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time here. We will definitely make a trip back soon.

Summary: The property was very clean, attractive, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. While it was not quite as private as we hoped, it was not an issue. It only took 10 or so minutes to get into town, but still had the feel of a country setting, complete with goats and cows (in the distance!) The only negative I can say is that there is not adequate seating for more than one person.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights, the farmhouse is tastefully furnished and decorated with all the supplies and amenities we needed. We enjoyed the porch with rocking chairs, did not use the firepit. Attempted some grilling but it was too windy that evening. Chose this location mainly due to proximity to Colorado Bend SP (about to 45 min to park headquarters at the end). Overall very nice stay while surrounded by nature, good communication with the host as well. We recommend this place!

Summary: The cabin was absolutely lovely. It was very welcoming, and comfortable. We loved the peace and quiet, as well as the visits from the sheep. The proximity to town was great for meals out. We highly recommend Giovanni’s. Overall, we had everything that we could possibly need right there at the cabin.

Summary: We did have a little problem with gps location. The property manager graciously drive to the driveway and waited for us. The property was very clean. I felt safe and welcome. We were fine most of the day, but ate breakfast and dinner at the house. Everything we needed was there. We are coffee drinkers and they supplied coffee and water for us. I will definitely share my experience with others. Thank you so much for our first time to use Vrbo. We were not disappointed

Summary: We really enjoyed the Cozy Farmhouse Cabin and plan to stay again as we are frequent visitors to the area. Everything was super clean and perfectly equipped for two people. In a very quiet country location … enjoyed seeing sheep, cattle, deer and squirrels. All this and only an easy 10 minute drive into Lampasas. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. I’d definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks again for the wonderful weekend.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The tiny house was just as described. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was the weather caused an issue with the WiFi router. Host came immediately and replaced the router.

Summary: A quiet, peaceful country spot just outside of Lampasas. Great place to return to after hitting the local wineries, eating the fantastic german food in town, and hiking. Very attentive property manager.

Summary: We drove up to the most charming cottage and were greeted by the owners black belly sheep. Spent lots of time relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch while we listened to and watched the birds. A humming bird especially loved my daughter. We visited my daughters best friend who lives just a few minutes away, it was so convenient for everything we needed to do. Thanks so much for letting us rent and enjoy your lovely space ❤️
