Welcome to our charming mountain home! The cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for skiers, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the mountains while still being close to everything!
When you step inside, you'll feel right at home in our warm and inviting living space.
The living room features a cozy and spacious atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or out and about! The electric heat will keep you warm and toasty while not making a sound, on those chilly mountain nights.
The kitchenette-ish has all the necessary things you need including a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker/electric kettle, toaster etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower with a 9inch head and is stocked with fresh towels and basics for your convenience.
Enjoy the great outdoors right from your front door! Our property has street access with a phenomenal mountain and river view just steps outside the door!
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a one way street, just a short drive from the ski hill, golf course, and all the amenities you need. We are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops, all within walking distance if you choose, making it easy to stock up on essentials. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for the summertime, and during the winter, the ski hill is just a short drive away.
We take great pride in our hme and have put a lot of thought and care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space for our guests. We hope you'll choose our home for your next mountain getaway and make it your home away from home!

Summary: Loved how clean it was left for us and the communication with the owner couldn't have been better or check in easier. REALLY appreciate how clean it was. Accurate listing about this lower-level, ground floor unit, although there might be a mis-print somewhere buried about there being a queen bed (it's a double). Close to downtown Trail and a 10-15 minute ride up a long hill to the cute town of Rossland.

Summary: A cozy lower level suite up in the hillside of Trail. Very clean. Good amenities. The bed in the bedroom was quite small. Very quiet location and host was very helpful, if needed. Short drive down the hillside to the town which was convenient.

Summary: The host let us check in a little early and was all ok with it!! The place was easy too find and very easy too get in easy access too your vehicle!! The walk too the bridge was very nice as well! Will defintly stay again if it’s available next time in trail!!

Summary: Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Had a very enjoyable stay. Clean, quiet and cozy. I loved the mini convenience store that was supplied, even though I didn't buy anything, I was very tempted lol. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor, feels like home. I was in town for work and this was a very nice change from staying in dumpy 2 star motels. Thanks so much!
