Our listing offers a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private apartment located just a few blocks from the center of downtown Bristol and THE PARADE ROUTE!
The unit is over 1200 square feet of private living space and includes a fully stocked open-concept kitchen, washer and dryer and a spacious living room with TV. The space also includes a private office for those “working from home” while vacationing, with a very large adjustable desk and comfortable chair.
The apartment is just a two minute walk to trendy Wood Street and its new hot spots, Brick Pizzeria and Pivotal Brewing Company. And a short walking distance to many fine restaurants and numerous shops featuring antiques, arts and crafts.

Summary: We stayed for a post-Christmas wedding at Linden House. The apartment was a 2 min ride/5-10 minute walk to all the festivities. Comfortable beds, stocked with necessities, updated decor and furniture, everything worked as advertised and it even had an office which doubled as a dressing room for us! Everything you would want in a short term rental.

Summary: We had a great time on vacation. The apartment was exactly as described. Charming house in a great location. Lynda provided all the necessities. If you’re planning a trip to Rhode Island and looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

Summary: Check in an communication were easy. We used the place as a base while exploring the area so didn’t spend much time in the home, but found it had everything we needed. There is also a outdoor space which is great if traveling with kids/pets.

Summary: If you are looking to rent in Bristol, look no further. This is a cute, cozy, clean, comfortable apartment. The beds are super comfortable and all the furniture is stylish and new. The unit has a great back yard and has restaurants, bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. We stayed with two adults and two teenagers, plenty of room and totally comfortable. The apartment also has a great office space in case you need to "work". The hosts are awesome, communicate well, and respond to any questions quickly. We will be back!
