Our cozy home is within 1 mile of a local bar, coffee shop, ice cream shop and a small grocery. The property is within walking distance to our village park and rails for trails, and it is located on Perch Lake with boating amenities available on site. The lake is an all-sports lake with a reputation for fishing and swimming fun. Clare is a small town near by that offers an assortment of fast foods, small town dining, and a micro brewery as well. Soaring Eagle Casino and water park within 25 minute drive. Owner lives near by and is ready to assist with any questions concerns or general needs. Summary: Overall very good experience. Strong smell of smoke in residence the only downside. We are both non smokers so this stood out. Very spacious and very well kept with great lication for Perck and Crooked lakes.

Summary: Host was very helpful with information. The place had fun memorabilia decor and games plus videos and music. We enjoyed biking on nearby trails and kayaking in the lake. Firepit was ready to go, but it was hot already. The kitchen had exceptional pans and useful tools. Beds were very comfortable.

Summary: We needed wood for a fire, the gas station didn’t have any, so the property owner told us about a local person across from the gas station. The guy wasn’t home when we stopped, but he left his name and phone number on a piece of paper, raped inside his front door!!(: Awesome atmosphere

Summary: I grew up in reed city and as many times as I have drove through lake I never took the time to really see it's beauty. Stores are close. Within two minutes. House was very clean. Greg and Bonnie have it decorated so it felt very homey. It was very well stocked with things we could need. Greg was very nice and we will def be returning. There's two lakes close by. One right across the street. Beds were comfy. Nothing but positive things to say! Thank you!! We will be back!

Summary: This was in the perfect location! We have friends nearby and it allowed us to visit without having to drive to a nearby city to stay in a hotel. The owner was there to greet us upon arrival and you could tell they put a lot of time and thought into the house.

Summary: Was such a peaceful stay. Super quiet area. Owner was awesome they live across the street on the lake. House has everything you will need for a stay. I stayed a full 2 weeks and didnt have any issues. Evenings after work i just kick back in the lazy boy and watch a movie cook some dinner and relax. Price is very reasonable for the area! 2 restaurants local, small grocery store that i swear has about everything. I didnt spend much time at the lake like i planned fishing but when i did it was nice not over packed with boats like the other lake next to it.
