Por ley, los ruidos fuertes después de las 10 pm están prohibidos. Debido a la prevención del covid-19, los eventos con aglomeración de personas no están permitidos.
*Se permiten mascotas (solo mascotas tamaño pequeño) y el cliente es responsable de cualquier daño realizado a la propiedad por la mascota.
Favor recoger los desechos de su mascota. La mascota no puede estar en el área del demás camper.
*Sólo puede fumar en el área designada. No fumar dentro del camper
. *No se aceptan personas adicionales, a las indicadas en la reservación. Dos vehículos por camper.
*No se permite cambiar la temperatura del aire acondicionado del camper. Tienen una temperatura estándar todos los campers
. *No se permite secador de cabello, planchas, enseres eléctricos esto puede interferir con el funcionamiento y rendimiento del sistema solar.
*No se permite estar jugando cerca del área de las placas solares con bolas de voleibol, baloncesto, soccer.
*No entrar al camper mojado ó dejar ropa mojada dentro del camper.
*El Camper posee un tablero de controles que debe ser utilizado solo por adultos.
Agradeceremos que orienten a sus hijos (a) sobre esta regla. Se prohíben en la piscina: menores sin la supervisión de un adulto.
Mantenga a los niños bajo supervisión en el área de la piscina. *La piscina no cuenta con un horario, no obstante, luego de las 10:00 p.m. deben abstenerse de realizar ruidos que puedan perturbar la paz de los vecinos.
*No tirarse de cabeza, o brincar a la piscina. No comer o beber dentro de la piscina. Ducharse antes de entrar a la piscina.
En caso de llegar después del horario de check-in 3:00pm, para acceder a la propiedad se utilizará un "lock box" ubicado en el portón de entrada donde encontrará las llaves y un control.
La combinación para abrir el "lockbox" se le proveerá el día de su llegada.
*De extraviar las llaves o el control del acceso del portón se le estará cobrando $25.00 por cada uno.
*Las facilidades cuentan con cámaras de seguridad.
*Las facilidades no están preparadas para niños menores de 2 años.
* Tenemos derecho a cancelar las reservaciones que causen amenazas, situaciones que perturben el bienestar de la comunidad o involucren a la policía.
