Okanagan River/Skaha lake view, and located close to Skaha beach in OK Falls (located within Skaha Lakeside complex). Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground level suite. The unit includes a full kitchen with dishwasher and small appliances, living room, dining area with table and 7 chairs, separate laundry room and bathroom with tub. Includes linens, and kitchenware. Master bedroom furnished with queen bed, two dressers and work desk. Second bedroom furnished with double over double bunk beds and dresser. Living room furnished with sofa, love seat, coffee tables, TV, and stereo system. Full size washer and dryer, water cooler and over sized hot water tank.
The suite has a private patio, a separate entrance and a gated, secure parking lot.
Non-smoking, no pets (per strata by-law).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
ALL POSTED RATES INCLUDE PST (8%).
Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen
Linens are included in the rent. An adequate number of sheets and bath towels are available for the number of people in the rental party.
Beach towels should be brought by guest.

Parking is free.

Summary: We loved our stay at the OK Falls condo. It was super roomy, had everything we could need for our family holiday (board games, hockey table, bbq, all the appliances). We loved the ground floor aspect and being able to walk out. Property was great value and we made lots of use of the pool. The whole complex is very family oriented. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Jim was great to deal with and the condo served us perfectly! We had a wonderful stay!! The linens are starting to show their wear and tear but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and the bunk beds worked great for the teenage boys. Thank you for a great week!

Summary: OK Falls is not just about wine tasting!! My kids and I had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. Hours were spent swimming and jumping off of the bridge, paddle boarding, kayaking and of course eating ice cream at the famous Tickleberries! Thank you for the amazing holiday and memories!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here. We all felt right at home, the condo had everything we could possibly need, and the location just couldn't be better. Jim was so great at checking in once we'd arrived to make sure everything was OK and had some great recommendations for us. I honestly can't recommend this place enough; we will definitely be back the first chance we get!
