Summary: This property has tremendous potential. With a bit of love and care, and a few repairs and updates, it will be a go-to spot for me. The three most significant issues were lack of adequate outdoor lighting, cleanliness, and one room with air-conditioning issues. More face towels and new cookware and utensils would be a plus.

Summary: One of the bedrooms was not heated which is not communicated in the listing. We had no toilet paper, a clogged toilet, empty drink cans under the couch, torn down blinds, and a broken bunk bed. That evening, we settled down to turn on a movie but were not able to find remotes. When we brought one from another room to use, we realized the tv above the fireplace was unplugged. My daughter had to climb on top of the fireplace to reach the plugin as I couldn't get to it standing on a chair. There were also several holes burnt in the sheets of the master bedroom linen (looked like from a dryer). This house has plenty of potential but lots of issues need to be addressed.
